Hi guys! I browsed the most-requested feature list, and I didn’t see mine, so here goes!
Just like up next for tv shows, it’d be great if movies had something similar when the credits roll (or final chapter begins). I’m not sure how difficult it would be to implement, but my thought is multifaceted. As the credits roll, the bottom of the screen would be occupied by an up next screen with a hierarchical algorithm (eg: movie series> collection> genre> alphabetical - or let the user choose?). You could dismiss it by swiping it down, or you could swipe up and get a full screen guide of the Plex media library - navigating between a similar hierarchical algorithm. I’ll be honest, my guide idea is the one Hulu uses for Live TV, but with different navigation. I just think it’d be cool way to marathon a movie collection, or have a binge session of specific movie genres. But I can also get my movie ready while my kids’ movie is running through credits in the background.
