Update 1.30.1.6562 broke my Plex unraid docker

Since this update, any attempts to play a media file results in a constant buffer ring and never plays. Tried restoring a previous backup of my docker, but still having the issue.

Tried rebooting the docker and also tried rebooting the entire Unraid server. No luck fixing the issue.

Tried playing a video on both FireFox and Chrome from my PC on the same local subnet. Same results on both.
