I just attempted to have Plex update to 1.13.9.5439-7303bc002. The Plex Update Service crashed and this was left in the Launcher log file:

If I log into the server and run the launcher command manually, it works fine.

Same problem still updating to the latest version 1.14.0.5465-425e4ac90 from 1.13.9.5456-ecd600442.
