Updated plugins and pull-requests on github

Hi!

 

I've updated both the existing TV4Play- and Viasat Play plugins and committed pull-requests for them on github.

 

It was a couple of weeks ago, so I'm wondering if I have to do something more to get the updates into the official Plex repo and finally available for all users?
