Updates installed PlexMedia Server can't connect to my NAS anymore

When installing PlexMediaServer-1.28.2.6151-914ddd2b3-MyCloudEX2Ultra_OS5 or previous PlexMediaServer-1.28.2.6106-44a5bbd28-MyCloudEX2Ultra_OS5 Plex Media Server is unable to connect to my NAS. In APPS only the PLEX.TV content is shown bit my NAS in not accessible anymore. By rolling back to previous version PlexMediaServer-1.27.2.5929-a806c5905-MyCloudEX2Ultra_OS5 everything works as expected. Anyone an idea whats wrong ?
