Upgrade from raspberry?

Hi
I’m seriously considering to upgrade my server Plex from raspberry pi 4 4gb ram(raspbian) to a Lenovo t430s win 10 128 GB SSD 8 GB RAM intel i7 3th gen
Graphic card intel hd 4000

Mainly because I’ve set up a library of anime and many of them are hi10p(mkv 10bit h.265 ass subtitles)
Obviously they trigger transcoding and raspberry literally die
I’ve a total of 34000 episodes and more than 6000 trigger transcoding
In a scenario of 2 concurrent transcoding at 720p max 1080p
The t430s is fine? Is it ok to upgrade?
I’m asking because is not a short task to rebuild an entire library
Last…I’ve currently mapped the data 9.1 tb in 4 external HDD connected on a powered hub usb which is connected to one usb3.0 of raspberry
Thanks you in advance

Check if you can find one with a newer generation Intel Chip (preferably Kaby Lake / 7th gen or newer; doesn’t need to be an i7). This will enable you to use hw-accelerated transcoding.

If you’re willing to go with a Linux based system you might be able to migrate your current server to the new system.
