Upgrade to 0.4

I'm not sure how to upgrade from 0.3.1 to 0.4. I assume I'm missing so new things. I've set everything up with OpenPlex and it has options to upgrade PlexConnect but it reports there is no upgrade available. Can someone push me in the right direction?

If you are using theme it may still be on 0.3.1. Only a few themes use 0.4 currently as well as the standard ibaa github.
