Upgraded to Plex 1.40.0.7998. Database error and can't repair

Hello. I have a basic Plex install without Docker running on DSM 7. I always update to the latest version via the Plex Website.
After upgrading to 1.40.0 and undergoing the “Database Update” I do not see shows listed in my library anymore. I downloaded and ran the PlexDBRepair and get the following error:

Nothing Custom about the install and only upgraded to the latest Plex Server version. Every previous update has gone as expected.

EDIT: I used the ignore command for the DBRepair app, it then completed successfully, and Plex is now back to its normal self.

I upgraded a few moments ago in unpaid docker, shows unhealthy, currently attempting a backup restore.
