So Im not sure how long its going to be before I get an invite, I would like to go ahead and start uploading to get a head start.

  1. can i start now and just put movies in any folder and then after invite just tell plex where data is (same as current method on local server)
  2. any recommendations as how I can setup automatic upload to amazon once something is added. Instead of coping file into folder manually to upload. Once I rip a movie I have Ivi convert it to mp4 and then put it in plex folder. I know going forward I can set up after it converts it to move to both folders.

First checks on the use of image rights under Amazon Drive (I believe you go to ignore it but it’s interest at this point).

About storage when you do it in web (browser) you have a 2 GB upload limit.

Download the ACD and upload client from these. If not mistaken the limit of single files via the customer is 50GB.

No more, also recommend geranciar your folder as Movie, TV Show, etc. And also create subfolders for each movie or series to use.

In more is it and just wait for the Plex Cloud be released to us mere mortals.
