Does someone would know how to make an addon to PLEX to make PLEX UPnP compatible ?

The Platinum UPnP SDK is a cross-platform C++ library that makes it easy to build DLNA Compliant Devices. It compiles and runs on Windows, Mac OSX, Linux, iPhone, Android and more.
This library is used successfully by XBMC and Foobar to be UPnP compatible
And they say on their website that it’s also used by PLEX but actually PLEX is not UPnP compatible
Would it be possible to add the UPnP service in next PLEX server version ?
