Just wanted to ask about USB audio support in Rasplex now that it is supported in Raspbmc? Any plans timelines - know it has been raised already just after update
I like the Plex Media Server, Rasplex and Android app to control everything and stream from server to Rasplex connected to the TV.
I would really like one solution to manage Video on the TV, and then send Music through a second raspberry to the HiFi, through USB DAC rather than have multiple different solutions.

Spooky, I was just thinking about this again today. I’d like to do the same thing, get a Cambridge Audio DAC and plug my Pi into it. Not sure how much success I would have as things stand just now. How successful have others been?
I was under the impression Rasplex was based on Openelec not Raspbmc?
We have an open ticket for this https://github.com/RasPlex/RasPlex/issues/78 though the name is a bit cryptic
It's been mentioned that OpenElec is only an interim solution which will be replaced or be an addition to a raspbian based port:
RasPlex currently runs on OpenELEC for reasons of limited man power, but there is a working raspbian port that just needs some time to be brought up to speed.
