USB drive auto mounts in /media/pi/PlexStorage

I am no Linux expert. I get a raspberry Pi up and running with their latest OS. I plug a USB drive into the Pi. It auto mounts to /media/Pi/PlexStorage (the name of the drive from formatting ext4).

The plex server sees the subfolders on the drive.

I reboot the Pi and Plex no longer sees the sub folders.

I have tried a ton of things on 2 dozen or so clean installs. I have followed instructions on dozens of site, nothing.

I cannot get this to work for the life (of Pi) of me.

I will offer anyone that could get this to work $20 to do a screen share to set it up for me. It has been 2 months without my music and it is not good.

Seriously.
