I know this idea has been brought up before: using the next/previous buttons on the mouse to navigate through menus on the desktop version of Plexamp. Sorry for bringing it up again, but I couldn’t find an active thread where people could upvote it. I really think it’s a small but powerful change that would make navigating the app a lot smoother.
Context: Right now, I’m using the mouse or keyboard to go through menus, but it would be so much easier if I could just use the back and forward buttons on my mouse. I’ve gotten used to this in other apps, and it feels a bit clunky having to rely solely on the cursor or keyboard shortcuts in Plexamp.
Implementation Idea:
- Let users navigate forward and backward through menus using the next/previous buttons on the mouse.
- Maybe include a toggle in the settings, so those who prefer the current method can keep it the way it is.
