There’s an existing suggestion to support such an option on a PlayStation

When using user PIN entry on PS4, others can see your PIN as you enter it. Create button combo PIN

When logging in with PIN for the first time on PS4 (or similar console without a keyboard), allow the user to setup a button combination PIN on the controller that can be entered instead of PIN so that others in the room can’t see you selecting each digit on the screen. I can’t count how many times I’ve had to make roommates look away from the screen every time I enter my PIN, it’s gotten to the point that they refuse to look away.

There’s been a number of related suggestions over time, asking for better options to enter a PIN more secretly, e.g. using a mobile Plex app or the number buttons on a remote…
