Have a question about logging. I have one user that has some libraries being shared with them, they keep having to get re-added to the server. Not the individual libraries, but they no longer show up under Users & Sharing and have to be re-added. Initially it was a sporadic thing, but has become an almost daily event now. Is there a place in the log files to check and see what may be causing them to be removed (trying to determine if it is their end or server side at the least). I know it isn’t a manually done event on my end, as I don’t know about it until they let me know they don’t have access again.
Considering they are getting as frustrated about it as I am, and only use the online version when I send an invite to add them back, I don’t believe they touch it at all. They use only their tv app to access it, and when they open it and don’t see the server they message me, I re-add them and send the invite link direct so they don’t have to wait on the email. I have told them not to go into their users and sharing menu just to be safe in the past, and the issue persists…which is why I’m trying to find out if any of the process is logged anywhere…
