User could not be authenticated

How is possible unblock an user account?
I blocked an user account and now I can’t connect to plex.

How did you block them?

For Discover you go to friends page and hit manage on top right to view folks you’ve muted or blocked https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/friends

Hi,
I entried bad the password 5 times and now the user account that I used to play Plex is blocked.
And I would like unblock that user account.

Generally all blocks expire in about an hour. can you click on my username then click the message button and message me what the username is so i can take a look at the account.

Is the error message just “user could not be authenticated” ?

The account does not looked blocked as far as I can tell.

A password reset would remove any blocks. Looks like a reset request was made from forgot email link but it does not look like the password was ever changed.
