Unable to authenticate any device utilizing either the plex.tv/link or QR code. Either way, I receive “User could not be Authenticated”. Does anyone know a way to resolve this?

That means your IP has been blocked for some reason. These should only last upto an hour, so just wait a bit. Don’t try too early as that just resets the timer.

Unfortunately, it is still occurring after waiting 8 hours.

The only solution I found to resolve this, was to create an entirely new account and give it access to home.

Can you PM me your IP so I can check? If you use a VPN, try turning that off when you visit the link page. You can turn it back on after.
