Many of us have plex server installed on a server or NAS now. On all the time and doing other tasks also. So simply turning off the Plex Server when not used isn’t always a suitable solution.
A feature that I think would be cool is to have time schedules per user. My kids use Plex daily across loads of devices and there are many occasions when I would like to make sure that Plex is not available late at night, before school, no screen days etc… (that last one will never stick!).
In the Settings>Users then under each user have the ability to restrict users access times by adding a lockout schedule. With the flexibility add lockout times over a 7 day calendar per user.
I’ve seen somewhere a feature request to lockout certain libraries per schedule however I’m looking for an ‘all or nothing’ sort of condition per user.
I started a Photoshop of the settings tab showing how I imagine it could look however my Photoshops froze
