User Pin using Remote Control - Sony TV

Sometime in the past month I’ve lost the ability to enter my User Pin on my Google/Android TV Plex app with the number pad on the remote control. The remote is a model RMF-TX520U

This has worked just fine for a couple years.

Only reason this matters is that my nosy 6 year old son is trying to learn my pin.

It would be awesome if this feature could be restored, rather than relying on the on-screen number pad.
