user unable to see some episodes of a TV show

My son had a managed user account on Plex that he uses to watch TV shows on his phone.
There is one particular series that skips from episode 32 to 100.
I am able to see the skipped episodes as are my “friends”.
What could be causing this?

System info:
PMS Version 1.8.1.4139 running on Windows 10 Pro with a 2600k
He is using an android phone running the latest version, not sure what that is at the moment.

Any other info needed from me, feel fee to ask.

Never heard of this before. He should see every single episode of a series you share with him as all restrictions (content rating, sharing labels, etc) are done at the series level.

What show is it?
May as well confirm the exact Android OS and Plex app versions he’s using too.

Ok, so, upon further looking and talking with him more, it was episode 39, and the series isn’t in Plex right.
So I have some work to do apparently.
