Plex user and managed missed

Hello,
i have a strange behave in my plex.
I have PMS running on ubuntu.
I have 1 plex user and 4 managed user, 1 for each son and wife.
I use Apple Tv Plex client.
Sometimes it happens that my son is looking a serie tv episode and stops plex client without stopping episode.
If after this i run plex app on the same apple tv with my user, i have in dashboard that episode as if my user was watching it.
IS there a way to solve this?
Is this a PMS bug? Or maybe Apple tv app bug?

Uninstall trakt plugin…

There are settings that need to be completed within trakt if you need it… not sure which as I have not used it for quite awhile.

Are you sure that the responsable is trakt plugin?
That is the only plugin i really need :frowning: so that i can keep my 2 servers sincronized.

I already had that config, but it doesn’t see to solve the problem.

Does the unfinished episode also appear when you look (with your user account) into Plex Web?
If not, I assume it may be an ATV bug.

I don’t know as i don’t use plex web to watch, i only use ATV, and it doesn’t happen always but it seems only when my son turn off atv without stopping movie and after that if a login with my account in ATV.
