Hello together

I think there’s something wrong with my account. I now have 16 users on the Plex and can’t create any new users, neither managed nor new accounts. What am I doing wrong?

Irgendetwas stimmt glaube ich mit meinem Account nicht.
Ich hab nun 16 User auf dem Plex und kann nun keine neuen Users erstellen, weder mit verwaltete noch neue Accounts.

Was mache ich falsch?

There is a limit of 15 of users in your Plex Home. Managed accounts can only exist in a home. You don’t need to invite accounts to your Plex Home in order to give them access to your server. Just use the Grant Library Access option in Manage Library Access settings https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/manage-library-access

A Plex Home can have a maximum of 15 users, 14 + the admin account.


Have them create their own account at plex.tv.

Then invite them to your server as a friend and share libraries with them.
Settings → Manage Library Access.

They will login using their username and their password.
