Using multiple tags in Plex search engine?

Hi there
I have a Mac using Catalina
Can anyone please help or advise? Is there anyway to search your photo library using multiple tags in the Plex search engine?
eg: fruit Peach
eg Bird Starling

or are you just limited to a one word search all the time

Also can it also be used on an Adroid using Plex
