Every chanel from my capture card is the same, its effecting the image whatever platform I try to watch it on also the plex web browser too.
However if I watch tv directly from the capture card software its perfect with no distorted lines or issues whatsoever.
TV/DVR was fine until recently.
Also worth noting your own tv channels are not affected.
I even wondered if my tv booster had failed so I bought a new one but it didn’t improve.
