I have been using the DVR since it started, and am doing the commercial; stripping. Im using the HD Homerun Prime and have noticed over the last few months that the recordings contain video and audio glitches. Has anyone else had this issue?
I have narrowed it down to the commercial removal tool. The original recording (uncut) is a flawless recording, but somewhere in the process of stripping the commercials I get 1-2 seconds of pixelisation and audio skips. Not sure where logs would be kept for the Comskip so that is why I haven’t posted any yet.
