Video and audio out of sync

I’ve been running Plex for over a year and have never had issues. It works great on all my Roku players and smart TVs. It worked great on my Xbox One. Then, the sound started to get out of sync with the video (I see your lips moving, but nothing is coming out. Oh, there it is). I have the latest and greatest Plex updates on both the server and the Xbox client. I have it hardwired on a Gigabit network and no latency. It seems to happen on all videos. I convert to MKV and then transcode using handbrake. Is anyone else having this issue, and if you fixed it, can you tell me how?

The dropdown will not work to upload files, or I would attach the logs zipped up.

I couldn’t find anything on this issue. However, after looking into it further, it was not an issue with the Plex server. It was not an issue with the Plex client. It was not an issue with transcoding. It was actually a setting on the XBox One on how it talks to the surround sound system. Instead of using 7.1 compressed, I changed it to Bit Stream and it works like a champ. Totally was not a Plex issue.
