so it says I have to reproduce the issue, then turn on the logs. but it happens at random times. most of the time it doesn’t happen. but when it does, it can start happening right away or an hour into the movie or whenever. so can I watch an entire movie and if the problem happens I can turn on the logs and then get them? or does it only keep the logs for the last 20 minutes?
No, it keeps them longer. I think it’s limited by lines, not time. I just opened them on my Fire Stick and the first lines on the log are from June 30th. But I haven’t been using the Plex app much here. The log is normally thousands of lines long, so I don’t think you’ll have an issue. Just make sure to note when the issue occurred so they will know where in the logs to see the issue.
