Video not scaling to fit TV screen

Hi,

 

I have a 576p AAC video file that will not scale to fullscreen. The video is displaying in a small "box" in the middle of the screen surrounded by black borders.

 

I've looked in the Settings but I can't find any "True Full Screen" setting as is found on other clients. Other videos I have tried so far on Plex do not have this issue.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
