I believe this is happening when I don’t have very good service but I was in the gym today and my video kept staying on the same screen while the audio kept playing. I let it go for about 30 seconds and the video never resumed.
I stopped the playback and restarted it and it started back at the point where the video stopped and not where the audio ran to.
I’ve also had this happen while watching Top Gear on the Live TV Plex feature as well.
I checked for a Plex app update and there was none so I’m on the most recent version and I’m on the newest iPhone they have out.
