Playback of video freezing while audio continues to play correctly

During video playback, screen is frequently freezing while audio continues to play. Persistent. Happening nearly every time now. Server is updated. App is updated. Deleted iOS app and reinstalled. Issue persists.

Any help would be appreciated?
