Video preview thumbnails not being created with Scheduled Tasks

Didn’t work
I set the hidden preference GenerateBIFKeyframesOnly to 0
Did the Plex Dance
And after the scheduled tasks ran (I waited 24 hrs), still no thumbnails.
Weird.
