Videos have stopped working

Hey there,

My server has been running fine for over a year. Then a few days ago things stopped working.

Here’s the error

The log you posted is the scanner log, which just indicates the scanner could not identify what the media was based on the name /home/USER/mounted/movies/Adult/movie/movie.mkv

Interesting. Nothing has changed in a year expect for Plex updates.

Now nothing will play.

So how do i get the logs of a linux server to you?
