Viewing live TV schedule doesn't use correct time/date upon application start

The live TV schedule doesn’t show the current date/time when going into the application. Specifics:

  • AppleTV menue, start Plex
  • Go into Live TV
  • The correct date and time is showing
  • HOWEVER - when selecting to a channel and the program the day (top corner of the grid) goes back to the last time/date that Plex was started instead of the current date and the program display is historical rather than current.

Example: I started LiveTV on Tuesday at 6 am watched for 2 hours then exited from Plex. On Wednesday at 8 am I bring up the Plex application, go into LiveTV. The first initial display is Wednesday at 8 am (top-left corner shows Wednesday and the 8 am slots). However, as soon as I navigate to a channel and into the program, the time/program changes to Tuesday at 6 am at the top-left corner and the program listings all goes gray. I then have to scroll right a few times for the app to realize it’s on the wrong time and then overscrolls past the current time. Then I scroll back a few hours and I’m back to normal time. Very annoying.
