If possible can you also view this file in something like MediaInfo and take a look at it and compare it to the XML view Plex has of the file. Do you see any major differences? Any particular languages shown in one and not the other? Any high ASCII characters (non english) in the stream names?

To both of you guys, just let me know when you are ready to test/progress and we’ll take it from there.

I’ll help you guys log whatever we need to forward to the powers that be and let you know if they need additional info.

Hi Carlo,

You can find the xml in attachment, any idea how I can get MediaInfo to include the external idx/sub files into the report?
