Watch Later not available on my Plex Media Server

I cannot find Watch Later option anywhere in my Server and my personal queue email does not work anymore.

This feature was discontinued a while back, you can see here for everything announced with that: Discontinuation of Plugins, Watch Later, Recommended, and Cloud Sync

So there is no way to add video URL’s.
