I currently don’t have access to a Hisense brand smart tv, but I was wondering if it falls under the category, Android TV. More importantly is it watch together compatible.

It is not likely an Android TV ( it would have the play store and other Google apps like Google Play movies etc.) Our app for other Smart TV’s does not support Watch Together yet
My Hisense 65" is a Roku and has the watch together function.

WRT Hisense, check the details for their various TVs. I know they make Roku TVs. Not sure about Android TV based.
