Why did Plex change watched to played ? Was it changed just to be different ? Was it changed to annoy people?

Audio podcasts are not watched, they are played. In order not to have different icons and menu labels, everything was changed to âplayedâ.

Which couldâve been accomplished by changing that for just audio libraries, instead of changing it for video as itâs been for the 10 years Plex has existed.

My guess less than 5%
So 95% gotta go with the ânewâ played not watched
