Recently I noticed that when I added episodes 100+ of a show they were already showing as watched. If I toggled 101-115 as watched episodes 1-15 would get toggled as unwatched as well. All 131 episodes are showing, but why is the watch status of 101+ being reflected on 01+?

Your show doesn’t seem to be broken up into seasons (there’s some anime out there that’s 100+ episodes per season, but not many). Let me first start by asking you if all 131 episodes have metadata for the episode? Episode name, descriptions, etc? That were acquired from TVDB?
TVDB had Boruto as only one season. Originally I had the issue where only 99 of the episodes would show and change the naming format from s00e00 to s00e000. That corrected that issue, and all 131 show now. As far as the meta data it seems that the Title of the episode is missing in plex, but is present in the file name.
I should add that I tried refreshing the meta data from plex and that did not update anything. All files were managed and renamed in this format from sonarr {Series Title} - S{season:00}E{episode:000} - {Episode Title} {Quality Full}

Just marked 1-15 as watched, 101-115 did not change for me… But mine do all have the episode title, I think that may be what you’re running into, since they’re not matched yet, they’re linked somehow… I would try and do the plex dance, and see if they start to get Metadata correctly… All 131 episodes have titles and episode information for me…
Looks like the Plex Dance worked!. Funny how I have been using Plex for years now, and not once have I heard of the Plex Dance, let alone use it.

Can you please show me a few examples of what you’ve renamed the files to?
I believe he named them Showname - S01E001.mkv and Showname - S01E002.mkv and so on and so forth…
