Watching tv shows...play next and seeing what's next when hitting stop...

I’m guessing neither are implemented but to be sure…

  1. Is there a way to autoplay next episode like Amazon / Netflix
  2. And show what episodes are next when hitting stop. As of now (pretty sure), the only way to see this is when an episode ends fully. Otherwise, it just returns to the info screen. You can hit left / right to access the episodes but don’t think this is as clear. At least wasn’t that clear when we were watching. Or episode list would work as well

Almost certainly with most clients but often a different method in each case. What client are you using?

Oh I’m using Plex from the Android store on my Shield TV

Sadly it’s one of the few clients I haven’t used. May be worth asking again in that section of the forums if you don’t get a reply here.

Yes. In the Plex App go down to the bottom to settings. Then to “Experience”. The last option for that is “Play Up Next videos automatically”. Turn that on.

While the video is playing, use the d-pad on the remote or controller and just press down. This will bring up the on screen display. Keep pressing down and you will see the currently queued videos. The current one will be the one with the equalizer bars in front. Next up is the one below it.

Thank you!
