Watchlist is not global?

Only 3 libraries (1 movie folder and 2 tv show folders out of 19) actually give me the option to add a show/movie to the watchlist. Why is this feature so selective? So far the feature proves to be useless as most of my library is excluded.

Please make sure your libraries are using the Plex Movie Agent. The Watchlist only supports movies and shows that are matched with a Plex guid. You can verify this by looking at the xml info for your videos. Look for the parameter "guid=“plex://…” If you don’t see this, you cannot add them to the Watchlist.

Thanks for the prompt reply; the Agent is set to Plex Movie:

also; though folders are setup identically one does not show the plex:// and the one that works does:

Why would some tv folders allow additions then, but not all when they are setup identically (as are all movie folders)?

That is the correct agent. However, the guid shown for that movie is using the old agent. This would mean that you changed the agent for the library but you did not refresh the library. Changing the agent for the library only affects new content you add, old content does not change until you refresh them. Refresh the entire library and things should work better.

I suppose having 5k files in that folder required a manual refreshing. I’ve tested both movie and tv folders (refreshing metadata) and the option is starting to show up. Thanks for the assistance!
