OK, so I have users, not many, 4-5. We add media to our collection from time to time, and It would be great to have a way to do, say show me a list of everything added over 7 days, and provide a way to export it like a report. This would also help with re-naming activities, etc…

I was thinking the same. Don’t know if Plexpy can output reports, but it should have the info the OP is looking for.

Maybe ExportTools has something useful as well.
Ot would be great to have the ability to generate reports from metadata
What kind of “reports” do you have in mind?
There’s already a dated suggestion that seems to have been abandoned (no votes)
