Hello all,
I’ve recently started downloading 4k Videos, but when I try to optimize them for mobile I get a vague error saying “Unable to convert” This happens for all my 4k videos. Regular 1080p videos convert fine.
Just a note, these 4k videos are h465 whereas the 1080p videos are h264. Could this be the issue?
