Web app very slow to open

Hello,
I am having trouble opening the web app. From the tool bar it takes just under 2 minutes to open. However I can enter the ip for the server into the browser and the web app opens immediately.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what might be causing this problem?

Update - I noticed I was having other strange problems that should not have been happening with a clean install. So I reinstalled Windows again and the problem has corrected itself. Thanks.
