Web Optimized Handbrake after the fact

So been using Plex for about a month now. Finally joined the bandwagon
So anyway didn’t really know what I was doing but anyhow learn as you go right? Read the forums and such and try to pick up what everyone is saying. So anyway back on topic.
Is their a cut and dry way to take a MP4 that Handbrake spits out that isn’t Web Optimized and covert it or make it somehow Web Optimized? Also is their a way to tell which files I have processed through Handbrake as Web Optimized?

Well, Hope you can help and I appreciate it and the community here. Very Knowledgeable you all are.

Thanks,

mp3tag
