My Plex Server hosted on Windows 11 when sending the JSON file provided from the webhook, Metadata.duration for any show/movie is close but incorrect.
In the example provided if I view the same movies XML under Get Info > View XML the duration under metadata is listed as 7643796 but the webhook JSON metadata duration is only 7560000. I could just get duration from the XML data but it would be nice to have this accurate.

I assume that the webhook data undergo the same anonymization process which is also used for the status reporting to plex.tv
This is done to ensure that the actual media contents of your server stay unknown to an outside observer.
I can understand that. I’m just trying to calculate the credits so I can turn the lights on. I don’t want it to turn on when the playback is stopped.
Therefore the exact length would be an advantage.
Or there would have to be a webhook which transfers the credits.
Also with the trailers it is a problem to find the beginning of the movie or series.
