Webhooks: Stop action only triggered by user/not by media completion

Currently, it appears that the “stop” action is only triggered when the user interrupts/stops media playback. This action should also trigger when media finishes playback (end of media). I am aware there is a “watched” state, but it will trigger when about 95% of the media has played and not when the media completely finishes. For my purposes, I have home automation linked to these actions and would like to be able to trigger some events based upon when the media finishes it’s playback.
