Hi again,
So weird.
Did you try adding the server manually in "Settings" on Plex webOS? It should become green in settings and you should see it's sections normally.
I've gotta be honest, I haven't tried 0.9.6.9 yet, but will try it later today, see if there's something weird going on...

Hi!
I'm really glad you like it! And you know what? I love my TouchPad as well!

I got it to work now. I didn’t change any settings at all or do anything it just worked all of a sudden once I opened the app again.
Hi,
Great to hear!

When will resuming be available?
Hi,
Resuming works perfectly on DirectPlay* material. For streaming material, a bug has to be fixed in webOS. I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for HP to fix that.
If I ever figure out a way to do it, I will ofc fix it.
*DirectPlay material is in format officially supported by the TouchPad i.e. h264 with MP3/AAC in m4v/mp4 container.

First of all… Great app. Works beautifully, except whenever I let a video play all the way though I get a solid white screen and have to go to the home screen and close it. Minor overall but it is very consistent.
Alright. Here is the problem I am having. Running PMS on windows 7 and installed plex on my touchpad. My server was discovered and i can browse my movie collection normally. When I play a movie all i get is a blank screen with video controls. Sometime I get a white progress bar and sometimes a blue one. I have tried accessing my server from the web browser but i only get a white screen. From another windows 7 computer on the same network with firefox i get an error saying that there is no style associated in the xml doc. please help. plex looks awesome.
I just wanted to say that this has brought new life to the near dead web OS platform, and this was the catalyst that tipped me over to buy a lifetime plex pass. (Don't have a forum badge yet, I have a support ticket due to unique circumstances :) ).
nice work devs, it's this commitment to bring plex to damn near everything that I really admire.
keep it up, would love to not see this port die. :)
Any chance of getting this working with the new LG WebOS TV's?
I second the LG WebOS Tv client. Any chance of a port?

Hi b0bben,
I can't find the app on the palm page any more. Is there a chance you could provide a link to download the app for the HP Touchpad ?
Thanks

What that guy said.
ftp://webosftp.qualitis.hu/webOS%20Apps/ has the app.
It’s in the “Catalog Pull/” folder.
se.jelica.bob.plex-client_0.7.3_all.ipk is the app name. It works pretty well too.
