Webtools qnap

Hi
This is my first post, hopefully this forum is for web tools, I been searching where to post my question.
I have plex on my qualifications Nas, I have installed webtools and installed a few plug-ins, most plug-ins display the directory being empty and webtools is there but empty and nothing happens when I click.
How can I solve this issue?
If this is not the correct forum, would you please direct me to the right place.
