So I have PMS running on a Windows box and streaming to multiple different players - TVs, Xbox One, iPads, Android phones etc.
I have noticed with my account that when I watch something on my iPad, switch over to watching on the TV or vice versa, the iPad doesn’t seem to update with the latest status of the media - either the playing position or whether the media is finished.
Example: I was watching a movie (Thor) 3 weeks ago on my iPad. I finished it on my TV the same day. Last night I opened Plex on my iPad by accident. Then I started Plex on my TV and Thor appeared as a Continue Watching option and was only halfway through
There seems to be a sync issue between devices. Doesn’t seem to happen while on the home network (say 2 TVs in my house) but may be related to remote access.
Has anyone had this issue and can provide a fix?
