I received an email with a discount code to buy WD hardware but it doesn’t work on their website (UK).

From what I’ve read on other discussions, it appears it is only working in the US now. Discussion below says WD is looking into expanding this.

I received your newsletter the other day, and I am very interested in the Western Digital 20% discount offer. Which is states is available to EU countries. Whilst we may have voted out (not my vote mind), I believe that we are still currently part of the EU (unless I missed some very big news whilst on Holiday), but the code still does not seem to work, or at least it is not obvious in the process when the code is applied. Can you please check that this this offer is available and how we Plex Pass subscribes can make use of it?

Please double check the email. The code is specific to either their EU or US store. The email will say which you received.
Two months for a reply which was inaccurate. Seriously?
Nowhere in the email from the 24th of June did it specify that the 20% off was for US or EU only.
